A 210 Art For Health Making art is shown to promote health for individuals and communities. This course explores established links between a variety of creative practices and their health benefits. Includes techniques for stress management through art making; journaling and assessment of art making activities and other habits; and goal setting for art making as a physical activity and a positive mental health behavior.
