MTH 070 Introductory Algebra Basics of algebra, including arithmetic of signed numbers, order of operations, problem-solving; linear equations verbally, numerically, graphically and symbolically; linear modeling, regression, inequalities and systems; and an introduction to functions. Explores topics using a graphing calculator as well as traditional approaches. Credits earned apply for enrollment (eligibility) but do not apply toward a degree; satisfies no university or college requirement. Additional fee applies.
