BA 435 Consumer Behavior Examines behavior involved in the search, acquisition, and consumption/utilization of products and services. The implications of behavioral concepts (e.g., personality, motivation, perception, cultural influences, decision-making process, satisfaction, learning, persuasion, etc.) for strategic and tactical Marketing activities are analyzed and discussed. Credits: 3 Prerequisite: BA 310 Satisfactory Grading: Eligible for the Satisfactory/No Credit grade mode.
