PHL 253 Civil Disobedience and Justice In this course we will read essays from classical and contemporary thinkers on social justice and civil disobedience in an effort to acquire a better understanding of its historical and contemporary use as a tool for the creation of a more just society when efforts to create social change through other means have failed. Credits: 4 Satisfactory Grading: Eligible for the Satisfactory/No Credit grade mode.
