LING 214 Linguistics and Education


An introduction to the study of linguistic structure/function (phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics) focused on early childhood/elementary/middle educational contexts, including first and second language acquisition, phonological awareness, bilingualism, dialect diversity, literacy and classroom discourse.
