PE 115 Aerobic Kickboxing Course involves participation in kickboxing and martial arts-related movements combined with other aerobic movements and performed in sequences and routines to increase cardio-respiratory (aerobic) endurance. Positive lifestyle and behavior changes related to fitness, health and wellness will be emphasized throughout the course. May be repeated for up to 6 credits. Credits: 2 Satisfactory Grading: Eligible for the Satisfactory/No Credit grade mode.
