LING 350 Linguistics in the Digital Age Study of large collections of electronic text for linguistic analysis. After introducing corpus design, creation and analytical methods, corpus techniques are applied to a variety of linguistic issues including variation and change, literacy stylistics and the acquisition and teaching of English.
