CJ 452 Criminal Procedure The concepts of due process and application of the Bill of Rights in criminal law are examined in the light of U.S. Supreme Court decisions. State and federal procedural law is reviewed as well as relevant new legislation. Credits: 4 Prerequisite: CJ 213 and CJ 252 or consent of instructor Satisfactory Grading: Ineligible for the Satisfactory/No Credit grade mode.
