CJ 510 Comparative Criminal Investigations This course provides the opportunity to comparatively explore the world of criminal justice investigations by comparing the approaches used by several vastly different nations to investigate and prosecute crime. Examines similarities and differences between the investigative procedures of the United States and those of other culturally different countries, focusing on the balance between crime control and individual rights under various governmental and cultural systems.
