CJ 624 Applied Research in Criminal Justice The course is designed to shepherd students through the process of planning and conducting an applied research project. Students will identify a research question, develop a conceptual framework, conduct their research and then report their findings as they describe, analyze and/or compare the outcome or effectiveness of a social intervention program, agency policy, or public law based on its stated goals or objectives.
