Course covers work and energy, conservation of energy, thermal properties of matter, heat transfer, laws of thermodynamics, fluids, oscillatory motion, traveling waves, sound, superposition and standing waves. Three hours of lecture and three of lab per week integrated into three separate two-hour blocks of active learning per week.
