PSY 447 Organizational Consulting Students will identify and enhance their skills for effective managing and/or consulting within a variety of organizations. Topics include: building process consulting skills, models of organizational change; diagnosis and feedback of organizational challenges; evidence-based intervention strategies at the individual, group, inter-group and organizational level; and minimizing resistance to change. Course activities may include lectures and discussions; role plays; exercises; and simulations. Credits: 4 Prerequisite: PSY 201 and PSY 202 (or equivalent) or consent of instructor; PSY 445 recommended
