GEOG 105 Nature & Society Human societies are inherently dependent on the natural environment. At the same time, nature is subject to change from human action. This course focuses on processes of the earth-atmosphere system and also explores the complex web of interactions between nature and humans. This course meets for four hours per week following an integrated lecture-lab format with 40% of the scheduled class time dedicated to experiential lab-oriented exercises.
