PSY 423 Interviewing and Appraisal Exploration of the interview as a method of information gathering and interpersonal influence. Topics include training in specific interviewing skills, multicultural considerations in interviewing, ethical practice of interviewing and the application of interviewing skills. Examples will be drawn from any areas of human interaction including the helping professions and business. Credits: 4 Prerequisite: PSY 201 and PSY 202 (or equivalent)
