HE 498 Public Health Internship and Capstone

Provides public health students the opportunity to demonstrate current professional competencies and to enhance professional growth through integration of classroom theory with planned, supervised and practical work experiences. In conjunction with the internship, students will demonstrate critical analysis and evidence-based application of professional competencies through the development of a portfolio.

Prerequisite: Public Health major, HE 487 with a grade of C- or better
