PH 211 General Physics with Calculus Calculus-based introduction to physics for students in the physical sciences, mathematics, computer science and pre-engineering. Topics include: one dimensional kinematics, vectors and coordinate systems, motion in a plane, Newton’s Laws, impulse and momentum and work. Class meets three times a week in two-hour studio format. Credits: 4 Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in or completion of MTH 251 Corequisite: PH 211L
