EC 440 International Trade Analyzes the causes and consequences of international trade. Topics covered include: the theory of comparative advantage, models of international trade under perfect and imperfect competition, strategic trade policy, the impact of trade on welfare, protectionism, trade and the environment, the role of trade in developing countries, the effects of free trade agreements.
