DHHE 623 Academic Discourse in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education Strategies for delivering instruction in ASL discourse. Students are encouraged to build on their ASL skills to effectively teach concepts in their content area. Topics include target vocabulary for effective transmission of information, curriculum development and assessment of language. This course will support future ED-TPA concerns. Credits: 3 Prerequisite: Admission to DHHE Program or consent of instructor
