CH 552 Biochemistry Lab An introduction to the basic laboratory techniques used in biochemistry. Topics will include electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, chromatography, centrifugation techniques and protein purification. A research project will be required for graduate credit. One hour lecture and one four-hour laboratory. Credits: 3 Prerequisite: CH 336 , CH 450 and MTH 251 (or equivalent) or consent of instructor
