ENG 218 Introduction to Literary Study

Introduction to basic literary concepts, research and documentation and textual explication. English and language arts majors and minors should take this course before enrolling in upper division literature courses.
Credits: 4
Prerequisite: Completed LACC writing requirement and two LACC literature courses from: ENG 104  ENG 105  ENG 106  ENG 107  ENG 108  ENG 109 , FR 110 , GL 110 ; LING 210  may also be used by early/elementary/middle level education students
Writing Intensive: May meet requirement, see class schedule
